extended shifter is for truck feel shifting and easier shifting as well some people prefers that and i dont mind that either but i favor shorter shift sporty feel.

Truck feel? Check out serious track cars -- many have long shifters, closer to the wheel.

If you like it short though, that's cool!

well i used to drive a 1988 F150 5sp dual gas tank pick-up way back, and this feels nothing like the 'truck feel' so to speak. but i guess its all about preference anyway. i feel its perfect whether im sitting back cruising or sitting forward fighting through traffic madness.
