would think a glob that size would take many miles / months to form . Thus , if it's a slow internal head gasket leak many wouldn't be aware of it . The coolant resorvior level probably wouldn't move all that much and could be easily overlooked . Would think that the moisture from the slow internal leak would be burned off , so wouldn't affect the oil level to make for any concern . Last , I remember other members complaining of a rough idle . Hopefully it's not due to the head gasket for cylinder no. 1 or others .
