The only exterior differences in the original 2007-2008 and 2009-2011 Yaris refresh is the front/rear bumpers and headlights/taillights, so yes the side skirts will fit both (3 door and 5 door hatchbacks). This isn't true of the 2012+ Yaris, in relation to the 2007-2011 versions.
