Please stow your doom and gloom. No one is talking about driving around with their windshield fogged up to the point that they can't see anything.

It's not as if your windshield goes from clear to opaque in the blink of an eye. Once you notice moisture building you certainly have the time to let a cracked window or some non a/c ventilation clear it.
