Started to do my calipers
Well today was a good day. Not too hot and I got an itch to work on the car. Decided to start on my calipers and get them ready for the new wheels.
I started by covering everything up and pulled the lower bolt off to raise it off the rotor. ![]() Used my favorite tool for cleaning and polishing metal. Not too much brake dust but this did give me a clean surface for the paint. ![]() Next I used a small piece to get into the small places the grinder missed. ![]() Then I used a drop cloth to protect my car from any chance of overspray. I tucked it into the fender well to protect the suspension, etc.
