That bottom bolt is a pain in the ass!! But if all fails here's what I did by you having the top bolt loose you can use a rubber mallet and tap the alternator she will loosen up with no problem, but use the end of something rubber while you tap the alternator install the belt then with a crow bar tighten her up and you are good to go.
