^ You don't need a box. Here is how to ship cheaply.
1. double wrap in bubble (small kind) with plenty of tape. 2. Use cardboard to reinforce the ends and any weak spots. Full box not required. 3. Ship via Greyhound Package Express (you drop off at your station, customer picks up at his station). I usually nest one bumper inside the other, so I ship one large package (bumpers) and one long thin package (sideskirts). Cost should be approximately $120-140 anywhere in the US. Done.
