Grinding Noise While Turning

Hello!

I am pretty stumped with what is going on with my 2007 Yaris.
There is a grinding noise while turning right at full lock

I took the wheel off and 7 out of the 8 lug studs on the front snapped off so those were all pounded out, removed the rust from the hub assembly and pulled the new studs into place.
upon inspection I found my brake pads were pretty worn out, so I replaced them along with the rotors and both calipers.
I also discovered the outboard CV boot torn so that was replaced as well.
It is still grinding after replacing all of these parts and I cannot duplicate the problem running the vehicle on my hoist, it only grinds with the suspension loaded.
