get yourself some Vitol egg protein powder this is the easiest way to get about a dozen egg whites in a day, and get some whey protein, regular potatos are good but sweet potatos are best get some of both
like I said before I take in creatine and glutamine, these are both important for increasing mass
you should be eaating every 2-3 hours, 5-6 times a day

yeah, i have a rather skinny frame (i think i weigh 125-130lbs tops). man, i don't have time to work out anymore

because of work and summer school.
where can i buy Vitol egg protein powder? and where can i get some creatine and glutamine (you probably answered this in my other thread).
i only eat 3-4 times a day...

and my class is from 5-9 pm everyday (for the most part).
