where can i buy Vitol egg protein powder? and where can i get some creatine and glutamine (you probably answered this in my other thread).

i only eat 3-4 times a day... and my class is from 5-9 pm everyday (for the most part).

if you are not going to work out there is no point in loading on protein, you have to make time, an hour a day is very sufficient if you work and don't waste your time, you don't need to waste time doing cardio, you need to lift

drink water I drink a gallon + a day

you can spend a little more time and do split routines and not have to do five days but I break mine up by muscle

shoulders, arms, legs, back, chest

cardio on the weekends 'cuz I'm kinda padded right now tipping the scale at 220 6'1

supplementcentral.com has the best stuff for the best price in my opinion but don't throw your money away if you are not going to lift, it will be a waste

hmmmm, i think i'll stick to the potatoes and eggs for now. after summer school, i'll get the creatine and what nots because i'll be able to work out again.

(i really need to get an A in this o-chem class so i can get into the nursing program.)

I understand. This is somethign that you have to be very commited to also if you want to see results. I work with a guy who weighs about 135-40 and he goes off and on supplements and wonders why he can't gain and he works out one week and then skips a week or two. You will never see results this way. You can get your A and blast yourself with workouts especially if you have the equipment at home like I do. Everyone has an hour to spare. The choice is your's. You can pack bars and shakes and yogurt, trail mix stuff like that also counts as meals.

you should get only a "normal" amount of protein, that is only what a sedentary person of your stature should be eating if you are not going to work out

bars are fine but they are expensive, I supplement with whey powder and egg powder and don't bother with bars, they can be total meal replacement or a snack depending on caloric content, nothing wrong with them but I can think of things I'd rather eat

basically what I am saying is don't spend any money on any of this stuff if you are not going to be working consistantly

eat normal meals and try to eat more often (5-6 times a day!) and eat your brain food since that is all you are using right now

there is always the option of doing split routines, you can do shoulders/arms, legs, back/chest; this will only take three mornings or evenings from your schedule and you can compress these workouts into an hour easily if you are efficient and do not take breaks

with a pair of dumbbells and an adjustable bench, a pull up bar, some push ups you can do everything you need, you can even do squats with dumbbells at your side, this is a small investment and you can improve your build at home on your schedule

quit pissing in the wind and get to work!

I will drink whatever is available. Some people don't like coke, so they get pepsi, and vice versa. Or if I'm in the mood, I'll drink 7-up or root beer. I'm an open person with what I drink hehe. as long as it's not diet stuff

Another Southerner here... my "coke" is Coca-Cola or sometimes Diet Mountain Dew, but never Pepsi, Diet Coke or regular Mountain Dew.

lol...nothing wrong with the diet stuff. they actually taste sweeter to me for some reason (i'm assuming the artificial sweeteners). but yeah, i think the sodas that i usually drink, if i do, are Barq's and Mountain Dew.

Same here... Usually Pepsi, Coke, Sprite, A&W root beer or Lipton Ice Tea (good stuff)... But I'm trying to cut down, rarely drink these, I'll have a fruit juice instead if I have a choice

I grew up with that, living in Atlanta (home of Coke), so that is normal to me
but a coke is refured to as any kind of soda, not a cold drink, cause you ain't gettin a sweet tea if they ask you what kinda coke

haha well i've read some horror things about diet soda. in fact, regular soda is probably better than diet Something to do with what they put into diet. I've read stuff about it.. just don't know where they are and plus, to me, diet doesn't taste like anything. but that's all difference of opinion
