Yes, and no. Buy the correct one and its a direct fit. The lever might not be oriented exactly how you like it but when I want to drop my oil I'll just rack my steering all the way to the right side and my hand can easily reach in the gap to get the valve.

This looks really cool.

I imagine all Yaris' would use the same size, which size did you get?
