i think mine was bad before the nst pulleys.maybe just the way the belt is tensioned from the factory.

THe pump's not covered by the warr. guys?
Why did'nt you just let the dealer shoulder the labor/cost? Don't you get 5/60,000 on the drivetrain???

I check the "new" (2nd) pump almost daily, it only spritzes very little every other day, it's been that way since Xmas. Mabye I'll install a 3rd new pump once the weather improves (I have an AC Delco unit stashed)
