I am not small and no you don't need ramps (DF210's). Oil filter simply comes off with a set of channel lock pliers...then re-installation is just hand tight. No tools required aside from the 14mm box end for the drain plug. Now that I have the fujitomo valve...I do oil changes with no tools at all. Quick and simple.

could you explain a little bit more "fujitomo valve"?

Cool valve - I've seen other quick drain valves in the past that I just wouldn't trust, but the Fujitomo looks good.

Looks like the F-103 is the correct one for the Yaris (and my Xterra as well).
