No you stay with the TRD's. The Tanabe will drop yor car a little more than the TRD's but they are not stiffer.
The TRD shocks and and springs were designed to work together.
You are on the right track with your set up...
unfortunately there are no bushings for the Yaris yet.
You can look into the front camber bolts. Garm sells those or you can probably got them locally also. It's a cheap mod that will help you to dial a little bit of negative camber.
Other than what you have there is not much more to do... other than go to a full coilover set up...
There are a bunch of braces available but you alrady got the rear sway bar and that is the most important...
I say you go out and drive and enjoy your car... it should drive pretty well by now...
