Ok, I will check this in the morning then, but the question remains,

is the reason why the e-brake being so loose now because the rear drum shoes are worn down a lot?? Or Does the e-brake line have to be adjusted itself every once in a while?

I know in my dads car, I pull it half way up, and the rear wheels lock easy.

This car, you can pull with all your might, and the rear will NEVER lock up.
