Reason why all of you are having problems with the rear drums wearing out and not being properly alligned is because you guys aren't using your handbrakes when you park.

I don't think so ... I always use my handbreak when I park. Although I've developed drum problems around 110k km so it may have prolonged it ...

I've use my parking break absolutely EVERY single time I've ever parked my Yaris. Absolutely. Every. Time.
