The Fram valve is a whole lot smaller target. And you can sample very easily with the Fram. Their drain hose threads on, so simply control how much you want to tighten, same as how much you want to pivot the Fumoto lever.

Obviously you want a Fram. So why not, just buy it. You won't be happy otherwise.
