Just like nearly every other "fuel saver mod", even if it manages to save some fuel it will be such a small amount that it would never cover the cost of the mod itself, nor be enough to offset the resources and energy used to create, ship and install the mod.

I suppose the same could be said of the entire vehicle as well.
