I changed my mind. Since I don't want to cut my car's wiring harness, I went and bought the Toyota Premium Horn kit that Marty mentioned. The plug-and-play aspect of the Toyota horns (with the optional wiring harness) was really appealing to me.

Since I've had the Hella's before, I'll be sure to pass along my impressions of the Premium Horns once I get 'em installed. I'm interested in both the construction of the horns and their sound. I assume the Premium Horns belt out the same amount of noise as the Hella's; I'll be sure to pass the info along.

Toyota Premium Horn is nice and loud. Can beep friends inside their house to come out, scare squirrels and small animals, and last but not least, warn 18-wheelers I am passing that I am there. I couldn't do any of those things before. This horn blares really loud!
