i just need to know how to give power to the fogs with that black wire, AND how to install the switch since its not oem.

As for the switch you might be best to use a simple after market one . with 3 wires .Power in , power out , and Earth . i can send you the adptor wire and plug for under the bonnet and a simple after market switch + the simple instructions on how and where to wire it in .
