Chuck G. ................I presume you mean 3rd..the selector is kept too the left.The righthand position is 4th("overdrive").My Yaris only has 370ish miles on it and I've been experimenting with the tranny inregards to MPH etc.Not use to this vehicles rpm range yet...just seems to be laboring in 3rd when your only doing 35--40 mph?.Oh well,still a good little car!.
