Problem resolved.

I really don't want to admit to the mistake I made because there isn't even a word to describe how stupid it was. Let's leave it at I was hooking up mechanical gauges as electric gauges.

And btw CTScott, thanks for responding to the page

Unfortunately, it's exactly as I said lmao.

I had + and - wires connected on the bolts on the back of mechanical gauges. Even as I was doing it I was like, "why in the world do I need +12v on these mechanical gauges!" Finally, I looked at the back of one of the gauges and realized that because the gauges are metal, I was flowing electricity right from a power source to ground. Suddenly, it became clear as to why fuses keep blowing!

Whose got me trophy for this intelligible act of smart intelligence.
