The CAI has better gains than a short ram.

I have a friend who did a dyno run with the CAI & now has the AFE, so I might convice him to to another one with the AFE for us to compare results.
Also I wanna compare my results: costum PVC intake vs the CAI :)

For comparing results, it would have been better to do it back to back. Keeping all variables as close to the same condition as possible is important for such a comparison. Closing the hood would be good too.
