First mod is getting that little device that I read about (forget the name of it), that makes the gas pedal more sensitive. Right now I can push it 1/2" it seems, and nothing happens. I've been driving a manual transmission for almost 30 years, and this car makes me feel like a beginner. After that, this car is just begging for a rear spoiler, alloys and fog lamps. A bit more sound insulation would be nice (although it's a Lexus compared to my old Festiva) and probably the TRD rear sway bar too.
