should have mentioned the "chrome wheels" were from about 3 years ago.... my tastes have changed.

those DF springs are, in my opinion, the best investment for the yaris. the stock springs swayed like a bitch. now it looks meaner with the 2 inch drop and handles way better too. i'm planning on getting some 17x7 rims next. i'm a little confused by the "205/50/15" jargon, i know the last number is the rim size but what do the other numbers mean?

and what tire configuration would work best with my drop and rim size choice?

205 is the width in mm's and 50 is the percentage of that width. So a 225/45 is the same overall height as a 205/50. As would be a 245/40, 185/55, etc.

For a 17x7 wheel, you'll want about a 40-42mm offset and a 205/45 17 tire.
