It is on the face of the under dash fuse panel, just under the two connectors with the black locking mechanism.

Okay ill have to look tonigh after work.
Is the black locking mechanism near the pink or cyan colored plastic covers..? |

I think you are looking at the relays. The fusible link looks like this:
