makes a very valid point. I keep forgetting that for some reason.. I havent done that yet because I need to keep the Cat on for my class.. ONE day I will drop it off at a exhaust shop and have them weld a pipe in from Cat to axle.

keep the stock cat and res, theyre 2" thru

just cut off the rear which is 1.75" and get something fatter

thanks.. i was gonna drop the res. but if it is 2" anyways, why not keep it..

and according to your diagram.. you want me to put a side exhaust?

Dadams Thank for the suggestions I tried to take it in to an exhaust shop and he said all he could really do was change the tip? he said that the yaris' exhaust system itself was hard to work with or somethin

Id shop around.. Obviously that shop doesn't like custom work nor wants to make a profit.. Somebody will man up and do it. Find another muffler shop
