i drove a "base" one with a 5spd....was similar in feel to my 07....and much nicer inside
but it was smaller and several thousand more.....and the new '12 yaris is much nicer than the gen2 yaris... that said, if i wreck my yaris tomorrow, ill look for a used yaris or echo hatch....you just cant beat the economy for the price (and i can't afford a new car)
