The yellow and orange wires in 3 and 4 are connected to nothing on the wiper stalk (basically they are just mounted there and if a stalk with the fog switch on it was installed, you wouldn't need to even mess with your switch).
That being said, basically you just need to have the red wire connect to the yellow wire and the green wire connect to the orange wire. By the red and green, I mean follow the red next to the green and the green down the harness to make sure that specifically your are working with the other end of those wires that leave the switch connector. As for the white wire, follow that back up and see which one of the 4 switch wires that connects to. For
