No, it's that fact that there is this claim that the guy has special permission from Toyota to make modified Toyota emblems. And people that have been around the forum for a while are calling B.S. on that fact. If someone wants to sell stuff on here, more power to them. But if one of the first things out of their mouth is something that is most likely a lie, well, they're not going to be very welcome here. I mean if the guy would lie about that, what else would he being willing to lie about.

I can't speak for everyone else here, but I'm going to take a wild guess that no one here believes that Toyota is going to come over to their house with some laywers to sue them for having an "unauthorized" emblem on their Yaris. This is an issue about whether or not the claim that was set forth about his special permission is true.

I don't think anyone is under the impression that he does work for Toyota or that he produces OEM emblems for Toyota. (By the way, what's the address to his site?) If people buy either one, great, someone makes a profit and someone purchases something they want. If people don't buy either one, well life will go one just as well.

Again, I couldn't care less about the emblem(or it's legitimacy)...I was going to mod the Tacoma emblem to fit my application anyways, but since everybody is all about these now I'll figure something else out.

I'm still trying to figure out where did those words of someone having special permission ever come out of ANY of my posts???? someone else quoted someone they spoke to saying that. but that comment about someone being allowed to produce these never was in any of my posts..


once again i never said he was given any permission for anything.... as for toyota coming to my house and checking my vehicle, they have no fucking business to inspect my car considering its paid off and its MINE.

everyone is giving me the legal speal about its not authorized and its not this and its not that... im about to stop being tactful and and just say what i want to say WHO THE FUCK CARES????? why is this even an issue to anybody ???? if i recall the "vendor" who jumped in here brought all this up

these words never originated from any of MY posts, i was trying to clarify what another member said in this thread.

One more time yet again... what does it matter if he has permission to sell these or not ??? do the people on ebay who sell fake TRD,Mugen,ralliart, nismo etc have " special permission" to sell these items?? no not what so ever... does it stop people from buying it ?? no probably a small portion of people wont, because they want the real deal which is understandable.

I made this thread to ask if anyone knew of these emblems, where to find them and after i seen someone on another forum producing it, i went out of my way to try find out more info about them, but once again everyone wants a special permission slip saying its ok from toyota and they need to make sure they wont be sued for displaying an emblem on a car they own.

honestly you yaris "aficionados" are quite fucking ridiculous, i have never heard of such nonsense pertaining to someone selling a item or service before. in any thread i have ever viewed... maybe its just yaris owner thing
