Please do! I can even supply you with the CAD files if you're having it CNC'd. The only thing I'm not 100% sure of is the bolt hole placement, and it's missing the gasket channel on the engine side.

![]() I'm not exactly sure what to do yet, and need to talk with the cnc guys as I know absolutely nothing about how this whole process works. I just ran the electrical feed and wired the sub panel to power their cnc machine. I think the bolt hole spacing can be pinned down using the stock manifold. Possibly the gasket channel too, or maybe I'll just trace and cut out a flat gasket from some stock as the plate will be nice and thick. So the original mounting flange gets cut off and the runners ground to fit into your adaptor and welded up? ![]() When I get the manifold within the week I'll be removing the stock one so as to be able to put the openings side by side. The nicest part is that the manifold design already works. Each end just needs to be adapted to fit the new engine and throttle body. ...and there's this for inspiration... ![]()

Basically, yes. The runner spacing will be a little too wide, so they will have to be coaxed in to the new holes. If you can pin down the hole measurements, I'd be happy to update the model.

Grinding the runners a little bit offset should compensate to fit since they are likely larger than the intakes on the block.
I'm going to buy an old stock manifold so that the car doesn't need to be taken apart as it's our daily driver. Then I'll be free to use it as a side by side frame of reference with the Corolla manifold, and be able to get the bolt hole measurements. This looks to be a really fun project.
