Looking for some info!

1-I am wondering what modification would help me get more HP with out swapping the engine.

*** intake, exhaust, pulley, flywheel, header will get you 10-15 whp.
*** supercharger (Blitz kit for example) will get you 25-40 whp.
*** turbo kit (properly tuned, stock boost) will get you 80 whp.

2-Would a blow off valve work on it ? (The ''whip'' sound :D )

*** Only if you are boosted (supercharger or turbo)

3-I'm looking for some ideas for an exhaust that makes a great noise but only on high RPM. Nothing that would be too loud for long highway cruises. Any idea ?

*** Tanabe Medalion Touring or Micro Image center exit

4-How does those chips works ? What stage do you recommend and why?

They don't work at all. An aftermarket management computer, *with tuning*, will.

More annoying questions for you ..
The intake,exhaust, pulley, flywheel and the header are only going to give me 15 HP or some of them are giving 15 hp ?

Supercharger, is it like the turbo and shorten the life on a stock engine ?
Is it very expensive and how does it works ?

I'm going to go read that tunning atricle right now !
