First I need to know if this setup will even work decently. That will determine whether or not it would be worth your while. We'll all find out if it's "go" or just "show" after the prototype has been run on the dyno.

But IF this works (and, man, that's a really big IF )...

...I do think that the mounting flange, throttle body adaptor and its 3 mounting bolts, and all 3 gaskets would make a really neato "do-it-yourself" kit.

Then you could simply get your own junkyard manifold and finish it up any way you'd like.

soo your manifold is off a 1zz drive by cable? If we got hold of the dbw 1zz with the 4 bolt throttle body, would we just need the mounting flange only?
*confused*

Yes. It's off of an 1998-2003 Toyota Corolla 1.8L 1ZZ-FE engine with a 3 bolt cable operated throttle body.

The adaptor only adapts the Corolla 1ZZ-FE 3 bolt cable controlled throttle body manifold to the Yaris 1NZ-FE 4 bolt electronically controlled throttle body.

Not entirely true: the Corolla 4-bolt TB is the same mounting pattern, just with a larger diameter hole/valve.

Oh, right... that was the one that people were trying to get to work. The hole in my adaptor is sized to fit the stock Yaris throttle body.
