try re-installing the stock muffler and see if that fixes the problem. Maybe the knock sensor is overly sensitive.

Is there any way to bypass the knock sensors for testing purpose?

Ok I tried that, still no change at all
 I also noticee when I am on the highway if i press the clutch the rpm drop to 500 then go up to 1500 then 1000 then sudden drop back to 500 :s
