One option would be to buy a Canadian one and use one of my Demtricifiers, which intercepts the speed signal to it and makes the outer ring be MPH instead of kmh and also makes the odometer increment in miles rather than km.

I had anticipated using the Canadian version with the demtricifier, empty handed there too...if you can find one I'm good with it. I want my boost gauge where my cheapo aftermarket tach is so the tach in the factory display would be ideal.
