Heres the cheapest way...
Get spray paint cans from autozone with primer and wheel paint desired color Clean all wheels first Mask the tires and valve stem with masking tape Use primer first Then use the desired color Let it dry then install That is how I paint my wheels hope it helps you out. Good luck
