I did have a beer after it, which apparently is frowned on for 2 days after a concussion.

And yeah I was at fault, but I knew that from the start. I remember thinking, "dang, if nobody hits me right now, this is my fault." Very sad thing to think but insurance has a way of raping people.

Unless the car was sitting on the shoulder of the road out of traffic or you were going at a way excessive speed, I wouldn't accept/admit that from the start.
