blitz supercharger problem

so it appears that the solenoid my clutch is bad. Do you have a diagram of what the clutch looks like so I may attempt to weld it?
It's currently still on car, so I'm trying to avoid taking the supercharger off the car again due to it being kind of a hassle to do so.

The picture below shows the pulley. The outermost plate rotates freely if you try while the engine is off. You would need to weld it to the actual pulley (with the belt groove) to make it become fixed.
