Little wear but lots of carbon. Any oil consumption? Is this short trip driving? If so, this car needs some hwy driving or Italian tuneup.

No oil consumption . Usually 50 or more miles per drive on urban roads , interstate and some city . Did use some Chevron Techron for the tank before removal of the NGK and install of the new Denso , probably around 300 miles of driving of Techron on the NGK .
