Almost all of the benefit is from the torque peak being reached 400 rpm sooner, at 3,650 instead of 4,050. Putting an active pump between the throttle body and the head not only interrupts those pulses, but the fact that it is already pressuring the incoming air renders the value of timing of those pulses irrelevant. Bottom line: What you already have is lightyears better than any spacer, so it is impossible for the spacer to make it any better. Greg |
