Swapping the cluster is very easy--just a few interior panels that pop off and a few screws.
The mileage is stored in the cluster, so you get whatever the new cluster has. I don't know if CT has altered a non North American unit before, but I know he can change the US and Canadian clusters. For a small fee, of course. |
