Not sure if this is the same as i get, but here goes...
In a car park (while moving slowly), just before reaching full lock, the steering on my Yaris changes from wanting return to straight ahead to pulling to full lock. This may be unique to Australian Delivery Yarii, as Toyota claim the local delivery version has a "tuned to Australian conditions" suspension setup. For most cars, this means different springs, dampers and possibly camber, caster and toe settings. It could just be the steering geometry...
