Just a good advice, start with changing the oil to original 75W GL4 as i adviced you to do.
You have put in a GL5 oil and that is against Toyotas recommendations.
It has been discussed a lot on the danish Toyota forum, and there is also many who has tried other oils with poor result/shifting.
And when they finally give up other oils and put the right oil in then they admit that solve the problem.

I do not know, but the same problem was also present before changing the new oil. Although I think that the first oil was still original and 10 years old. Mobil1 is superior oil and has the same specification GL4/5 75w-90, and it is a fully synthetic. I think the problem is something else, I'll explore. I will also change the firmer bushing on the end link of gearing cable, because there is now some 3 mm empty walk and the shifting is not so precise.
