When aired down for sure. It's a big part of why I am doing the mods as the potholes here are brutal. I went from 17" wheels and tires on my CRV to 16" Nokian Rotiiva AT tires and the larger sidewalls made the ride nice. it barely effected the handling but I get one tire year round as they are Mountain snowflake rated and I improved the pothole survival of my wheels.

Doing the maths as the GT guys say. I am giving the car 1.5" of lift.

26.9" Grabber - 23.5" Altimax = 3.4" Diameter / 2 = 1.7" needed clearances. I will need to maybe install a spring stiffener to the front or back and cut the bumpers a bit. I am also willing to trim fender metal and add flares and offset with spacers for the width of the tire. I am going to do some measurements in the back wheel wells and arches now that the lift is in a settled from a few drives to work and see where I might get an issue or not.
