I hate commiting threadomancy, but how are the panels holding up? Any paint fading? That color is really close to my factory paint color, so this may go down as my first mod to the yaris.

The panels are holding up great! No paint fading at all. If you do this mod I hope you're happy with your results.

come up here to Sac. there's that place that i told you about that will do a CF replacement. might give you a discount if i come with you in your car and say that i traded my sedan in for the LB. but like i said, i was estimated around a G for the interior.

I did mine a while back but didn't post in my garage

It looks like stock so didn't think anyone would care. (please excuse the quality, camera phone quality)

I would have colored the grey turning knob but I was afraid I wouldn't be able to locate it if everything was all black

Ive done this twice now. First time the month after I got the car in '06 second time about a month ago. I did the reverse - painted the trim panels around the dash and the arm rests on the doors and center console.
First time I just prepped and painted. This time I sanded down all the panels to completely remove the 'dimple' and repainted a metallic similar but slightly lighter than my stock blazing blue. Same went for the engine cover.
Anyone looking to smooth out the interior panels be prepared for a lot of f*cking work -
I havent repainted the center console because I intend to replace all the seats and fiberglass from front to hatch.
