I think the Yaris is really smooth. Of course my other rides are a Harley Sportster, a DR650, and a '86 F150. If you want a nice, smooth idle, try a single cylinder 650.

Mine is smooth as silk. I hardly know it's running. I think it is the Amsoil PI in my gas. Also my MPGs have gone up considerably since using that stuff. $6.00 per 16oz bottle, and you only use 1oz per 10 gallons of gas. I love it!

In terms of engine, it's nice and smooth.
I have driven an Aurion and in compariosn, being a big car it is much smoother but more so due to the suspension.
In the Yaris, you feel every bump in the road.

My last car was a Ford Escort that revved REALLY high when stopped at lights. You could even see the dash vibrate. I don't notice a thing with my Yaris and I probably wouldn't notice after my last experience even if there was a minor vibration.

Thumbs up

My engine is smoother than the Prius and Camry's that I used to drive. I keep it happy with Redline SI-1 at a dosage of 1.5oz per fillup.
