Tein lowering springs don't fit...

So, I bought a set of Tein NCP91 lowering springs for my T1 Yaris... All part and model and chassis numbers and everything are correct, however, the South African model seems to have different rear suspension... The springs are hoplessly too big for the rear circumference wise... any ideas?
