Selling my Yaris - Clutch Replacement Question
Hi guys, I am selling my 2007 Toyota Yaris hatchback with 65k miles. It just passed inspection today and has been running fine but I've been told by a friend that the clutch might be starting to go and the last person who was interested in purchasing my car made the same comment.
I haven't driven another manual in a long time and I'm not very knowledgeable about car repair so I wouldn't be able to tell but I guess I have no choice but to believe them. It certainly doesn't feel very smooth while shifting but I had always thought that's just the way a Yaris was. I want to be honest about everything in my ad and sell my car as is but I'm getting conflicting answers about the cost of this repair. What would be an appropriate amount of money to cut off the sale price given that the clutch is going? |
