Anyone on 15 x 8 with 185 tires?

As title asks, is anyone running 15 x 8 wheels with 185/60 tires? Curious if someone had any experience running them.

Already frequent it. I was looking more if there were any fitment issues on the Yaris. :)

Fitment is really gonna depend on offset, camber, and whether or not your fenders are rolled.

A 185/60 profile tire may be too high for a 8" wide wheel if you are looking for wheel clearance and achieving the "stanced" look. The stretch will almost be unnoticeable.

Are you on stock or aftermarket suspension?

I'm pretty sure the owner of this Yaris is on here. But 185 will stretch onto 8" wheels. The 60mm sidewall would be an issue but I'm only lowered on Tanabe df210 springs. So I shouldn't have issues with rubbing as in sitting now. Once I wear out these wheels I will be getting shorter wall on my next set and lowering it further. The wheels I have coming Saturday are 15x8 +25. Should poke around 2" farther out from the stock steelies. I'll post pictures. Pretty certain it'll be clear.

Keep us updated on how this goes. I am also looking at getting some 15x8s and I am lowered on Df210s as well. I have 195/60s on the stock wheels now that I will be transferring over.

185/50 should be fine. On 185/60, as FreeStyle stated, your stretch will be barely noticeable. With DF210s, you should be rubbing only on your right rear tire. But again, that is with +25 offset. I'm currently running 195/50 on my 15x8 +25 setup. Rubbing the right rear well pretty hard on uneven pavement.

My SSR mk III 15x8 finally arrived from Japan. Im going with 155 60R15 tires. 175 55 R15 was a "ok" stretch.

0 offset rear, +13 front. -4° camber rear, -3.5° front.
