I don't know about the Yaris but I used to run 75hp on a 1.6 miata, (yeah, yeah, I know) anyways I had no trouble with the engine, (that is until a buick decided to run a red and put it in my lap), at the time the car had 140,000 and I installed the nitrous at about 70,000. I'd imagine the Yaris engine is built a little better. Only problem I had was that I had to replace the clutch with a centerforce, a little chatter but I could drop it at damn near 6000 with no slip.
If it were me I wouldn't worry to much about the engine, more about how long the clutch will last, and how often you're gonna have to replace the tires, FWD really has trouble hooking up especially on such a light car.
But hell for the price, get it have fun once in a while, and enjoy. These new cars really are amazing, they'll take hell.
Back in my super, super idiotic days I'd been able to drain a 10lb bottle in a night, the engine would warm a little, but I never EVER had any even moderate issues with it.
